1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in unused, original condition, and include all packaging, certificates, and accessories.
  • Custom-made and engraved items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or alterations made by third parties will not be accepted.

2. Free Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer free returns and exchanges for all eligible items.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support at support@moisso.com with your order details.
  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
